About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, licensed medical insurance sales professional based in Vietnam to join the Vennsure team. This is primarily a hunter role, focused on winning new corporate clients across South East Asia, with ongoing account management responsibilities as your book grows.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate client relationships across SME and MNC segments
• Advise clients on group medical insurance options across multiple insurers
• Prepare and present benefit proposals, renewal analyses, and market benchmarks
• Manage client relationships and handle ongoing service queries
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline and client data
• Stay current on insurer product changes, regulatory updates, and market trends

Requirements

• Valid medical insurance licence in Vietnam (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical insurance sales or broking
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
• Comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid environment
• Existing client relationships or market network is a strong advantage

About the Role

Vennsure is looking for an experienced Property and Casualty insurance professional to join our advisory team in Vietnam. The title offered, Head of P&C or P&C Manager, will reflect the candidate's experience level. This is a hunter role. You will be responsible for identifying and winning new clients across the Marine Cargo and Property segments, working independently to build your book from the ground up. For the right person, there is a clear path to building and leading a dedicated P&C team as Vennsure's Vietnam operations grow.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new client relationships across the Marine Cargo and Property segments
• Advise corporate clients on P&C insurance solutions across a panel of local and international insurers
• Prepare and present coverage proposals, renewal analyses, and risk assessments
• Manage the full sales cycle independently from initial contact through to policy placement
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with ongoing service and renewal management
• Stay current on P&C market developments, insurer appetite, and regulatory changes in Vietnam
• Contribute to the future development of Vennsure's P&C team and internal capabilities

Requirements

• Vietnamese national (this position is open to local candidates only)
• Minimum 7 years of P&C insurance experience for the Head of P&C designation; strong candidates with 3 to 6 years will be considered for the P&C Manager title
• Demonstrated experience in Marine Cargo and Property insurance lines
• High level of English proficiency, written and spoken, is essential; Vietnamese fluency required
• Proven track record of independently sourcing and winning new business
• Comfortable working with minimal oversight in a remote or hybrid environment
• Existing client relationships in relevant segments are a strong advantage

About the Role

This is a dual-function role combining customer service leadership with day-to-day office administration. You will be the primary point of contact for existing clients, handling service queries, managing renewals, and driving retention, while also ensuring the smooth running of our Ho Chi Minh City office. This is a farmer role: you will look after an existing client book and build long-term relationships rather than focus on new sales. You will also take ownership of administrative tasks that keep the business operating: paperwork, regulatory filings, liaison with the tax office and other government bodies, and internal office management.

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for existing clients, handling day-to-day queries and service requests
• Manage client relationships through renewal cycles and policy changes
• Coordinate with insurers on claims queries, policy endorsements, and coverage questions
• Track and report on client retention KPIs, renewal rate, NPS, and response time
• Ensure client communications are professional, accurate, and timely
• Identify and flag at-risk accounts for senior review

Office Administration Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations including filing, document management, and correspondence
• Handle liaison with Vietnamese government offices, tax office, business registration, labour authorities, as required
• Oversee incoming and outgoing paperwork, ensuring compliance with local administrative requirements
• Support management with scheduling, meeting preparation, and internal reporting
• Maintain organised records of client files, contracts, and regulatory documents
• Coordinate with external accountants, legal advisors, and regulatory contacts as needed

Requirements

• Valid medical insurance certification(s) in Vietnam (required)
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is essential for this role
• Additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) are a significant advantage
• Customer service experience at an insurance intermediary or insurance company is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage administrative responsibilities in a professional environment
• Comfortable dealing with Vietnamese government offices and bureaucratic processes
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
